What I appreciate about IPA is as an educator, as a leader, we’re allowed to do what’s best for students. We’re given that freedom to really go back to our why, using our mission and vision.

Being here at IPA for 20 years, and hopefully more, I feel blessed... blessed to be able to come to a job that I actually really love, and to see that the kids are enjoying it.

The reason I'm majoring in Chemical Engineering is because of my chemistry teacher. He made learning incredibly fun and intriguing. Every opportunity, evey experience I've had here has been so meaningful to me and so impactful on my life. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about my time here at IPA.

Being in a smaller school you get to know the teachers on a whole other level, and having kids in your class — that as you're growing up, you're growing with them — that's really nice. You get to know everyone personally and have better connections and relationships.
